Research use only

All products sold by Celluvex are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, nor for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals.

By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organization, that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, and that purchased materials will be handled by individuals trained in laboratory safety procedures.

Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Celluvex. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we reasonably believe products may be used contrary to these terms. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout.

Product information

Certificates of analysis are provided per batch where available. Purity and analytical data reflect the referenced lot at the time of testing. Product specifications may vary between lots within stated tolerances.

Limitation of liability

Celluvex is not liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use its products beyond the purchase price of the products in question. The buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with the receipt, handling, storage, and use of purchased materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Celluvex is registered and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
