Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped across Canada in discreet, light- and moisture-protected packaging with tracking. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days; express within 1–2 business days.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for several months and are unaffected by normal transit conditions.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. We will replace affected items or refund the purchase price.

Returns

Because our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials, opened vials cannot be returned. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned items.
